Improve towing power and fuel economy! Raylar’s performance package for Workhorse chassis equipped motorhomes & RVs is a simple, reliable, bolt-on performance system. Our RV performance package consists of Raylar aluminum cylinder heads, high-torque camshaft and high strength roller rocker arms. The camshaft used in our motorhome & RV package is designed for truck and RV use with fuel economy, emissions compliance and peak pulling power of primary importance. It has a very minor exhaust note but provides ample low and mid-range pulling and passing power. Included in the kits are accessories such as cometic MLS head gaskets and ARP head bolt kits. Our vortec engine kit for the Workhorse series of motorhomes & RVs provide a complete system allowing you to achieve incredible increases in the power, reliability and efficiency from your engine.
Our stage 1 Workhorse chassis RV / motorhome performance package bumps the 496 / 8.1L to 440 horsepower & 490 ft-lbs of torque. Our motorhome kit fits Workhorse chassis W25.5, W24, W22, W20, W18, W16, SSC (Super Sport Chassis) & UFO.

Our GEN7R intake manifold has been engineered for one purpose, maximum airflow and power output. Our GEN7R intake manifold incorporates shorter length, high velocity, tuned runners to produce stronger mid-range torque and higher RPM horse power with a large, unrestricted plenum to satisfy this engine’s demand for more air at higher RPM’s.
